Periodic location updates while checked in, including when the app is minimized (shown via a persistent on-screen notification on Android)

We do not request "Allow all the time" / background location access. While you are checked in, periodic GPS updates may be collected using a foreground service. Location collection stops when you check out or when tracking is stopped. Location data is sent to your employer's HR system and may be stored on secure servers (including Firebase) for attendance verification.

Note: Location services are optional and can be disabled in your device settings. However, disabling location services may limit certain attendance tracking features.

1.4 Camera and Media

With your permission, we access your device's camera for:

QR code scanning functionality
Selfie-based attendance verification
Document capture and upload

Images captured are stored securely and only used for the intended purpose within the App.

1.5 Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications. This requires:

Device token for notification delivery
Notification preferences and settings
